If while you are watching a channel the service appears to have paused, simply select and open another channel, then return to the original channel to see if it is now playing, this can be due to break in transmission for a second, the software will halt under these conditions.

If you are using a set-top box such as MAG or AVOV and have just set up your device with our service, you will need to perform a hard reset of your device. Simply power off your device, unplug your power cable and re-plug it in.
We can not promise all channels are working properly due to your Internet speed, Individual channel technical difficulties or if incompatible device/app/program is used. MY M3U LINK IS NOT WORKING? If the link is not working, always check the link on PC using the VLC software. If it works it means that there is something wrong on your end. When typing in your M3U link make sure you are not entering any space and you are not using your M3U link on other devices.Contact us if the link does not work on your PC after troubleshooting.
Did you give us the correct MAC address? -Are you using a firewall, proxy or VPN? If so, our servers won’t allow you to connect. – Is your Internet speed at the recommended minimum— 20 Mbps for HD channels—or higher? – Is your device wired in (Ethernet) or is it connected wirelessly (WiFi or mobile data)? 1. Pay for your subscription on this website for the number of device lines you wish to purchase b. Download both links (maybe put the links here) c. After downloading, to access your live tv with a guide, you will sign in to the M-TV Pro Guide (Mayfair Guide Pro) with the usernames and passwords issued. 2. The TV Streaming Now app will allow you the same access channels as the M-TV Pro Guide but doesn’t have the guide. Sometimes the guide is taken down for +/- 1 hour for maintenance, so by using the TV Streaming Now app, it will allow you to still have live tv when the guide is being maintained. 3. If you already own a fire stick or android device with the TV Streaming Now apps loaded onto it, then you will not need to download the links provided. The only requirement is to sign up for service and we will issue you a username and password when you purchase your line(s). 4. You must have Android 5.1 or higher to run TV Streaming Now service. 5. We suggest using an antenna to get your local news/weather channels.
There is maintenance to be done with streaming live tv 1. Make sure your device has at least 2.5 gb of clear unused device space for the apps to have room to work 2. Make sure internet speed is minimum 20 mb for one stream 3. Make sure you clear the cache on the app at least daily. To clear cache, go to Settings, Apps, find Fraction TV and select it, hit clear cache and OK. 4. Unplug device and modem/router and let them sit for five minutes then restart both every other day.

Restart modem/router after five minute unplug break 7. Freezing will happen if your internet service is below 20mb, if your wifi router is far from device, if you have a low end device. 8. Have you restarted device and router? Have you checked that your device doesn’t have any system updates pending? 9. Some ISPs throttle peer to peer iptv connections, in which case a vpn service would fix but you can test Fraction on your phone network and if you get no freezing here then you know you are being throttled. VPN should be set to a USA location.

You should avoid using it when possible. Resolution: 1. As a first step, reboot your router and app / device. I know this sound simple but it does actually work! 2. Directly connect to your router using an Ethernet cable or to a power line adaptor. If not possible, try moving your wifi router closer to your box. Press the guide/EPG button to load the EPG. Also, once you go into the Live TV box hit those 3 dots in the top right hand corner. Hit refresh guide and then go back and do refresh channels
